Food

Start the day with a delicious home-cooked breakfast, home-made granola, daily fresh fruit salad and local organic apple juice. We use the finest local ingredients for all our meals, whether it is a 'Full English' with our own eggs, kedgeree or smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Our fish comes from Brixham, our meat from the butchers of Totnes and our vegetables may come from friends who grow their own.

Guests have their meals in our lovely dining room overlooking the gardens and the moors. In winter a log fire burns, in the summer the room bathes in the evening sun. We serve dinners by arrangement, three or four times a week. Jill is a Leith’s trained chef and making delicious food is her passion.
